Anyone else applied for the physical card after 5-DEC & received the RM16 cashback? Mine was applied on the same day as zenquix but somehow no cashback received even though he did receive his. hmm.gif

yep.

all ewallet apps were reviewed and approved for release by BNM.

however if they receives news/complaints from end-users, BNM will take further action to review the case, requesting the provider to clarify and fix the app to adhere the guidelines (if any).

once done, the app to be audited/attested (by independent auditor) and the report is submitted back to BNM for review and up to their satisfaction that the changes meets the minimum guidelines.

for merchanttrade, they probably have strong justifications and reasons to impose such (due to remittance/forex variance). there is nothing to worry if they did their due diligence and gotten approval.

no but i suspect receiving the card is a requirement as no one reported getting the RM16 before getting the cashback. See whether you get the RM16 tomorrow.

I dont think receiving the card is a requirement because its just drop into mailbox no need signature.
Infact i sent it to my parents house and i didnt get the card after weeks i dont even know whether it really delivered until i go parents house
