not unable to top up, the top up balance got stuck up by the withdrawal.
just wait for 1-2 days to clear it up and you will see the top up balance back to normal again

I get topup is unsuccessful immediately when I tried to topup. So far can never reach customer service.

Disappointed with company like this that not able to play such game but wanna join eWallet game.

didn't get tealive voucher although paid with unionpay. got banned for bank transfer too much?

That means you apply again another one (example Visa), then again cashback RM16? confused.gif

They can claim back from u anytime. Even the bank accidentally credited you a million in your account you will have to return it no matter u withdraw it or not. Otherwise, you will receive a lawyer letter if you refuse to return.

Just like Savings account, Public Bank holds RM20 but some banks holds RM1 only. Not a big issue.

I guess it is rare that acc balance will showed negative transaction for BP because it is a prepaid card.
Perhaps it might be occurred and showed negative 1 or 2 cent from acc balance.
