i gotten my union card in 3rd day. but after i activated my card, now try set/change pin, i key in the same pin for gopayz, it prompts me incorrect and left 1 try.

any idea why? thanks

u mean try to set new pin for the card but unable to?
try contact the CS about this issue, by right u should be able to create new pin when u activate the card
when u click Set / Change Card PIN, it prompt for Password, not GP pin
i have just done change the pin again with same pin without any issue
the Password is the one with at least one Capital Letter and number as well

Hi, I just signed up the Gopayz. Is it must upgrade my basic wallet to premium wallet in order to get physical card?

I saw my wallet, straight away show in apps have 3 cards. Is it able to cancel the remaining 2 cards which showed at apps wallet there?

yes, u need to upgrade first to get physical card.

i don't think u can cancel the remaining 2, but u can block it.

any1 encounter this situation before?
I reloaded Gopays via BP for 4k and request to transfer out the 4k already.
However, i notice that the BP reversed the gopayz top up.

Dont have chance to contact BP cs yet as its too late already. Wondering if gopayz will cancel my transfer o not

gopayz didnt reject my withdrawal request as i did 3time for 4k. 1.5k twice, last time is 1k.

Its BP that reverse my top up lol. The Gopayz reload trx in BP showed as reversed.

checked with BP cs, they say its gopayz that intiate the reversal, will charge back later

bp cannot reverse the charge. it only reverse upon failure or instructed to:

1) fail to charge
2) request to void/cancel (by gopayz)

bp is just the medium of the fund source.

very good wallet
no charges transfer out to bank, unlike boost rm2 or bigpay rm0.50

Probably not gonna top up too often until they reduce the minimum topup amount.

RM 30 is just like Razer Pay which no one uses.
