Where do you get this info from? I actually have topped up more than 5k this month and no issue so far. But I have never done any bank transfer

I just noticed it 2 days ago. You can see that at the Available Top Up Balance. Previously it will reset back to 5k if your balance falls to RM0. But it won’t now. I had previously reloaded my Touch n’ Go e-Wallet with GoPayz with RM200, the whole amount available in my GoPayz. The Available Top Up Limit now is now further reduced to RM4,500 only after I reloaded RM300 into my GoPayz just now. iOS user here.

There is no such thing of RM5k/month top up limit
After every transactions especially atm withdrawal, they will lock the top up amount until it become settled…

Btw anyone of u just suddenly got the RM5 cash back from GoPayz?
My acc just did 8 x RM1500 bank transfer this month and they just give out like that…
My wife acc totally nothing with only RM50 top up and got the MBO tickets on this month

All my bank transfer got remark starting dec. yes why my account disable in the system no remark was entered into the system, so they dunno why = they reactivate without question.

This week I tried 3 different CIMB ATMs and 1 Bank Islam ATM all of them rejected my withdrawal. Only Maybank can withdraw without any issue. Anyone else facing this?

Rm1500 for all. Didn’t try lower amount. The receipts stated unauthorized transaction.

You are right. The RM200 I reloaded to Touch n’ Go e-Wallet was posted today and Available Top Up Limit reset too.

So still got restriction or limit imposed or not?
We can do unlimited bank transfers/ATM withdrawal per month like cucikaki as long as conditions are satisfied:

1. RM 1.5k per day per card
2. RM 5k is the wallet balance and will be restored upon transaction settled/closed.

since tat i saw someone said he was able to cashout the money but the wallet dint update the cashout amount...😂😂...mean that gopayz system still gt a lot of bug actually...which oso mean keep our money inside gopayz oso very insecure...

Just make it simple RM1.5k/day
Do it per card at ur own risk
If u do it RM1.5k/day, the RM5k issue wont even exists
