i think so - that's the reason they use IBG instead of Instant Transfer. IBG requires IC, though I don't know if it'll bounce back if IC is wrong.

What later? Now already problem. 1x1500 become 3x500. More work for them, slower for us. Yesterday withdraw today not in. Used to exceed SLA by 1 day.

And I did that the other day, morning receive 1 round, evening 1 round. The morning round supposed to come in the previous evening, i.e. the first day it changed from 1500 to 500.

Gopay has an update dated yesterday. Maybe it is gopay that deny the topup from bigpay?

It was just pushed to my phone. Compulsory update.

I think they're hinting that users are scamming the debit card issuer for cashback
