After 9 days still no sign that they’re processing my physical card. Do they send in app notifications once they ship it? Or we need to regularly check our own mailbox?

GP support is so damn slow. My email is still not yet replied since last week. I don't think they have a huge number of customers that need to be entertained.

It's already 2 weeks since I applied for a physical card, and no update at all. mad.gif

How do they calculate “available topup balance” ? I can only topup rm1,972 even though the wallet size is rm5,000?

Ooo ok. Yes I’ve done ATM withdrawal yesterday. Until now the available topup balance is still incorrect. But it’s ok as long as it doesn’t affect my next transactions.

Today I see all my ATM withdrawal charges are refunded to my account balance. So all of them are FOC.

This week I tried 3 different CIMB ATMs and 1 Bank Islam ATM all of them rejected my withdrawal. Only Maybank can withdraw without any issue. Anyone else facing this?
