My gopayz app keep getting "unexpected error" message.

It work again now. Perhaps intermittent error.

Aihhh, deducted from my BP but not showing up on GP.
Need to wait for 7 days for BP to release the amount held?

No issue topping up from bigpay just now

Top up twice from BP to GP.
Second one got strikeout/reversed from BP.
1st top up apparently successful from BP, but it's unsuccessful for GP.
Now need to wait 7 calendar days

Any 'soft' limit on withdrawal besides the 1.5k per day?

Set different card as Primary and withdraw from there. 1.5K per day.
So total, 4.5K.

Personally only done with 2 cards. Please feel free to try.

Just topped up GP using BP. No issue at all on both sides.

I receive notification that my profile was changed.

Then i try to open the apps, it says my session expired, pls log in. After i log in, i receive this msg.



After that i called and CS says no idea why my account was ‘barred’ from their side, no remarks in their system, so he just reactivate my account.

After a few hours, receive another notification that my profile was changed..



Then got the disable message again. Called CS again then they still not sure why it got barred twice today.

Hopefully not because of constant topup and withdraw

how long have you been doing that consistent action?

but there is no remarks....

For feb. Ive done 7,500 which is 7 out of 12 days.

For jan i guess around 10-15k

For dec not much less than 10k

All my bank transfer got remark starting dec. yes why my account disable in the system no remark was entered into the system, so they dunno why = they reactivate without question.

‘Saya boleh activate balik akaun encik sebab saya tengok dekat system tkde remark ape2 dorang letak kenapa akaun encik kene barred’ mungkin dorang tersalah ke ape. Once maybe tersalah lah, but twice.....hurm.

Gonna stop withdrawal for a week, let them catch other people first

so your account is now back active?

I understand they have started to impose top-up limit now. It’s only RM5,000 for every month and this will reset the following month. Since you’ve done 7.5k this month, most likely that’s the reason they are temporarily blocking your account.
