yesterday dunno what happen. my usb terminal signal drop to merely 60% only from my usual 100%. the position of my terminal remained the same where i put it near the window facing the same direction. Could it be the tower problem? should i call up their cs?

they hv a base station nearby the Cheras Tesco Xtra. you should be within the coverage if u nearby there.
try to go to one of those roadshow counter ask them to go to yr place to do a test before you decide to purchase or not.
pls dun compare a wireless broadband with a wired broadband.
cs i think ok but technical support might still be a doubt as if u read the whole forum here,
u should see they did attend the user problem fast but solving the problem is another thing.
but so far, they did their work as they claimed.

hmm.... if really got choice for wired broadband, opt for Jaring Wired.
if really no other wired broadband or another option for it, then wireless is the choice.
either u can go for jaring wireless broadband or izzinet.
i hv tried both, n izzinet offered me better service so far, as i am at the border of jaring wireless coverage.
if u want for mobility within malaysia, then better go for celcom or maxis 3G.
the choice is yrs.

but i heard complains from many streamyx owners that they unable to do torrent well. could it be they capped that hence causing the line to be that smooth now? but then, this mean good news for user that can do direct download instead of p2p.

there are also few encounter with streamyx line having routing problem lately causing certain website to be inaccessible by other isp. one of them is the Perfect World that having problem accessing by player from oversea the past few weeks. could it be upgrading of the infrastructure??

yeah izzi has been serving me well for the past 3 months. fyi, i'm not a heavy torrent downloader or online gamer so with the speed i'm getting i'm pretty satisfied with them.

call up their reseller near your area and check whether they can do a testing at your house first before you sign up. Any signal below 'excellent' is not acceptable.
