izzi if you read this forum pls car for pusat kepong area. is also consider as kl. i had paid the 1 year fees subscription. For 4 mth i havent get a performance of connection neaer to 1mb most is 250k and that happen to me twice only. th erest is 11k..... if you just intrested to a palce like damansara and Pj.. pls dont sell at other area..I can tell you im really angry of you products.. if not bcos i often travel around the kl area and need of internet service i will cancel the service by now!

support@izzi.com.my -------------- I send 3rd email to izzi and follow up with call, explicitly request to lodge a report and clearly state I want my report number. My previous report (yes, I got report number on that), state that I rarely enjoy more than 500 kbps since November 2007 was received by them...but guest what... one of their guy, named Suresh (who actually the person who call me couple of times regarding my problems at that moment), simply close my case with this kind of statement "Customer seem satisfied with current speed thus, case closed". Oh My God...I never ever say that I am satisfy. I even demand 1 month compensation like other one of LYN forum member enjoy but this bloody guy simply twisted my report like that. My mistake...hmmm, being too kind to them. I wait almost a month to re-complain and until then....I never know that they already close my case and infact never fix my problems. So guys, better watch out and keep bug them until they fix your problem or you .err...get your refund. |

Sorry I didn't have the courage to jump on him, take his cheque, take a picture of it, then demand that he tell me what the cheque was for to make my post more believable But yes, the process is relatively painless, except that you have to go to their office to settle it, in a congested part of town. Not to mention having to pay RM3 for parking at the building. And here's the best part - you have to go back to their office to collect the refund to boot. They won't even waste a little money to send the cheque to you. Times must be really hard. Anyway, I'm measuring them on their promised 30 days turnaround for the process to be completed, failing which I will have no compunction whatsoever of reporting them to the MCMC for breaching their promise. Pssst - technically you should refer to me as an ex-subscriber, since I've cancelled the service! |

first of all I think they brand it 4G is very misleading and secondly their coverage not so good yet...I think hav to give them some time first b4 really consider them as an alternative.

ive read it somewhere at wikipedia...dunt knw if its reliable or not...d potential bandwith of this service is 5Mbps though some firmware upgrade is required...check it out though

Ya at the 1st time i think they misleading, but then its actualy is generation of the technology, which is using radio frequency with ip based (pppoe). Sometimes whenever we post someting its show that we are not well know of the technology.................

i hope they upgrade to 2Mbps quick,so to prove tht they re serious of being a player here in tis stupid@slow@congested @sad@lame story of total domination of certain company in tis country...n 2 think tht anybody wishing 2 lay out faster wired connectivity must go through their dominated phone line...so what faster,cant get any faster coz we dont own the f@@king line....

When I can't hold my patience anymore (download speed drop to 300 kbps), thats why I call them and ask what happen. Of course, as a mere mortal, I really surprise and disgruntle when I knew my report already close with FALSE customer feedback. And my 1 month compensation claim still hanging...without knowing any status on that. I dont care who you are (sorry to say), either you are Suresh or Izzi staff. I am expressing my feedback to the community. They have the right to know. If i do the same thing, telling this thing to my officemate, wife, friends even penpall or bloging it, you can't do anything. It might not suite your taste...then what I can say...PM me. I have no problem with that. But, as LYN member, when Izzi perform well enough to meet my minimum satisfaction level, I post about it (Check my previous post if you are so rajin one).
