How reliable is the delivery if buy from Apple online store?

Of course I understand there is risk for delivery - package lost/stolen etc.

I think there are people who prefer to see physical goods when purchasing.
*
risk is zero la. apple will make sure they deliver to u. they are using DHL.

Apple online delivery quite reliable. My colleagues and company have order iPhone, MacBook Pro, Macmini and etc in the past. The goods are dellivered by DHL, so no issue so far.

Yes. Most importantly, anything u can deal with Apple directly. Apple is known to have the best customer service in the world. Even there is any defect, you can ask for one to one exchange at apple’s expenses including shipping cost.

Nah, I hate waiting. I would rather just walk to the store and buy.

Mac City has poor after sales service, I prefer MacStudio.

Hello guys, anyone use smart disconnect charging cable with your iphone 11 here? I'm currently having issue with Charby cable. It doesnt disconnect my iphone 11 pro max even after it reaches 100%. When I test the same cable on my ipad and another iphone X, the cable still able to disconnect once it reaches 100%

I’m using a Baseus auto disconnect cable and noticed it hasn’t been auto disconnecting on my 11 Pro Max as well. No issues with my iPad Air 3 though.

Seriously, I dun get it why one needs to buy from other sources than Apple online store. Bolehland does not have physical Apple store, however, there is online Apple store one can just buy from there.

It is obviously the most reliable source one can buy any apple products. Anything wrong you can deal with Apple support to resolve it easily.

Dun tell me it is becos of cost? How cheaper can it be? Even  it is, remember the fact that ā€œbuy cheap and pay twiceā€.

Hard to believe it that there are still people trying to scalp iphones at this time. Do these scalpers believe that people will still buy from them knowing that there are ready stocks at official resellers and telcos. You could also buy online from Lazada and Apple Store and get it shipped right to your doorsteps. Strange. rclxub.gif

its upgrading time.

You guys on iphone 11 pro, what is the battery comparison so far between the regular iphone 11 ? on a real life usage so to speak.

Pro max is of course the king for now, but pocket friendly is my major concern.

U are absolutely right about authorised dealers. FYI, in lion city, all the major authorised Apple dealers have been closed down. Now left one or two players only.

Give that there are two Apple stores in lion city, and there is one more coming up soon, no one will be buying from authorised dealers anymore. the only perks for buying from Apple authorised dealers there now is that some of them may give extra free gifts (sometimes useless or not good brand one). Other than that, there is totally no incentive to buy from them than Apple directly.

If you buy from Apple directly, can easily exchange or even refund in full if there is anything wrong with the product. If you buy from authorised dealers, no such thing and they will just ask you to send to apple for repairs.

One thing also people nowadays will just send their Apple devices to Apple for repair directly instead of going thru their authorised dealer service centre becos it is more efficient and more reliable.
*
Machines is ok compare to Others.

QUOTE(sramesh @ Nov 17 2019, 08:09 PM)
Actually you can directly send to Apple authorised repair centres here and they'll do the needful to get the device checked and sent to Singapore for further checking and 121 replacement.
*
Yup, I submit to Machines by showing them my online chat with
Apple online support.

Unfortunately there is no Apple Center here in Malaysia.

QUOTE(ahlin @ Nov 18 2019, 11:52 AM)
1U Mac City yet again, same thing happened to my friend, the apple logo has cracked once the phone out of box, no exchange is allowed, face some bossy attitude staff also, and now my friend has bring the case to tribunal court.

Should be the same idiot.
