Then he issued a service report and reset the phone.

Finger crossed and hope they will replace to a new unit.

I always have been Machines supporter and bought most of stuff there.

Mac City sucks......

I did my homework, online support chat with Apple first, Apple ask to send to the nearest authorised reseller to send in to Apple store for evaluation.

When I walk in to Mac City and show the guy the manufacturing defect and he claim it’s cosmetic defect, he immediately shut me down saying cannot claim, 100% confirmed cannot claim for cosmetic issue/ defect confidently speaking English with US accent (so action and proud)

So I must walk in find the manager and mock his staff which he employed from US for incompetence and ignorance.

I standby the receipt from machines (warranty claim) and Apple (change of serial number) just in case the manager is also an arrogant and ignorant person.

Will be accompanying my travels from now on.

It’s a charger with 2 usb-c & 2 usb-a output, one charger to charge multiple device.

One of the usb-c is 100w output while the rest is 18w output.

My IPhone 11 Pro Max also have a defect paint chipped under the glass on the rear of the phone.
I got a perfect apple refurbished phone.

101% looks brand new.

To ask for a refund is absurd. Even Volkswagen Passat 1.4 turbo with failure of their mechatronic gearbox sensor does not get a new car replacement or refund. I do not think any phone manufacturer does a refund when their product fail other than when note 7 exploding issue.

You can try to go to consumer court to try claim for a refund.
For future new phone purchase, I would advise you to purchase all risk insurance for your new phone, if it is available.

iPhone Model Number
If the model number of the iPhone starts with the letter ‘M,’ then it is a NEW iPhone. If on the other hand, the model number starts with letter ‘F,’ it’s a carrier-refurbished model and when it starts with the letter ‘N,’ it indicates that it is an Apple Replacement device.

i am not sure what the hype about 120Hz on android and since iphone 7 plus till now iphone 11 pro max, i cant convert to android due to their scrolling laggy on fb or web browser or photo gallery, android takes time to load their screen......while iphone can scroll smoothly....

does the 120hz sorted out the laggy issue on android ??

for fb, maybe your connection faster than mine so maybe thats why it lag, but for photo gallery, google photo, confirm lag....

and higher chances of kena malware/ browser hijacker in android compare to ios when web browsing.......
