Im having some problm with LAN driver after installed
14.10_nforce_630a_winxp_english_whql.exe *(Nvidia nforce networking controller)
the properties show some error (code10)
Tried with LAN driver on ACER China site also... still same problem...
anyone face this problm before? any solution for this?

where u get the driver? if u use the cd driver that come in the box with the laptop it should be no problem...

In this thread we talked about force installing GeForce 6100 onto the 7000M GC.
But how to do it? Do anyone has a tutorial about this???

I opened Device Manager > Display > double click to 7000M and I tried to update the driver but I cannot find GeForce 6100 on the list.
How???

Are you using winxp?

Acer empowering technology is for Vista only although I heard that someone can installed it in XP but it become unstable.

Added on June 25, 2008, 11:26 amI tried to overclock once with ntune but my winxp crashed... . Luckily, can be revert by System Restore in Safe Mode.

hi i wanna ask for how much is to do the acer aspire laptop screen,coz mine is already damaged ?

Still on warranty ? If yes then try take it back to Highpoint for a replacement. But cracked LCDs are not eligible to be replaced even you are on warranty. The price for the LCD is around rm490 plus highpoint service and labour rm100 it makes it around 600rm. Hope this helps

hi, i'm installing window xp in my aspire 4520, but my device manager still showing 1 unknown driver still haven install.. i dunno is which 1 because every driver i already installed.. but it keep showing. do anyone know about this ?

hav you install the CIR driver?double check on it, most probaly u miss this

can list down the step how u install the cir driver?

after you unzip the cir , its will come with 2 folder, i remember one of it got the setup file, just click and run it, issit this is wat u do?
