Hello guyz,
I just want to report here about the performance of games,
I have play it 2 games NFSUG2 and Revolt,the problem is....the games run super lag,like a jump frame....and i can't control the movement.When i play the Insane 4x4,its pretty smooth.Izzit the problem with my driver or the GC proc?

Even though acer4520 have a geforce 7000m gc,but still juz can play some light games or low setting only...
Fully 3D or high end games..maybe u can try low setting loh..

I oledi try low setting,but is still same.Jump frame....it's look like a charlie's charplin cartoon
But when i played games Insane4x4 with high settings,no lag

my bios version is 3614 and it cant change the video memory.
should i update it? where can i get the new version for bios?
i plan to reformat my laptop, will this old bios version detect my harddisk?

i am using acer aspire 4520 with 2gb ram and vista ultimate OS.. recently i juz reformatted my laptop.. before this , my total ram memory is 1987

MB, and display memory is 557MB.

after i reformatted early in the morning, my total ram memory goes down to 1790MB, and my display memory goes up to 749MB..

the problem here is how to change it back to normal.. please,,, help me

Ok guyz,has someone already try this driver for 4520 aspire ? (ForceWare Release 169 - 169.21)
Hopefully this driver can fix fps problem in certain games.

Sorry I'm noob here..i wanna ask a question..can someone help me..i bought 4520 acer yesterday..and when i install xp on my lappy i check at system properties and there shown:

AMD Turion 64 X2
800Mhz and bla bla bla

when i check at BIOS my cpu speed is 2000Mhz..then answer is why at my system properties show 800mhz and at my bios 2000mhz? its a problem or not? and 2000mhz means 2.0 ghz rite? coz my spec is

AMD Turion 64 X2 2.0 GHz

Please help here. I had installed WinXP on this lappy, with most of the neccessary devices are complete installed. However, I still short of 3 "Base System Device" and a "Unkonwn Device".

May I know what is those devices. I had all video, audio, network, wireless controller intalled. Attached is a snapshop of my Device Manager.

don worry, it's not a problem
when ur comp in idle, ur processo will low down da speed to save battery & reduce heat,
but if u run program, it will back 2 normal speed

I've played this game with the lowest seting possible without lagging. Just have 1.5GB DDR Ram.
Tried few 3D modelling software but reasonably slow in processing.
Have problem with the battery currently, only can last few minutes... Anybody have same problem?

but better than GMA950

is this model have build in bluetooth?
