Aiyo why fight until here , private launch event memang 99% is chinese, he just state the fact, of course this project is target own stay, since not near any amenities.

On the spa signing we need to sign the agreement of amendment to 48 months , meaning this project possible 2027 Q1 only can pass the key

I think that's only for giving them some room in case of anything, playing it safe. Piling's almost done isn't it?
