yes yes, the C30 is of course excellent value as well as superb SQ.
Since he mentioned RM300(budget?) I thought maybe the Cowon would also work for him.

with budget of RM300 doesn't neccessary need to get Rm300 music player right? sometimes a cheaper priced player can does greater job.
bulk for batch 1 for cube c30 just arrived. without BBE the sound is similar to hippo gumstick (based on my memory of having owned a gumstick last time). once the bbe is turned on, fuhhh... it kills

Definitely the Sansa Clip+. Costs a little around RM 200 or less. Search around the forum i think someone is still doing a bulk.

Than how about sandisk fuze+, have been asking a forumer for it.

fuze+ navigation i think use touch panel not touch screen. last time i got search for it. it seems fuze n clip+ more people prefer.

after having heard C30 n gumstick, if people say gumstick wins in SQ to Clip+, Cube c30 with BBE "BANGS" both Clip+ and gumstick.

Gumstick n clip+ supporter dun flame me, I'm just telling the truth based on my ear.

I have both Sansa Fuze+ and Cube C30. I find that I am spending more and more time with the C30. I would say SQ-wise, the Fuze+ is good but the C30 still has the edge. If I take into consideration the pricing of RM300+ for the Fuze+ and RM170 for the C30 I have to say the C30 wins by a mile! And the C30 comes with the excellent F1 earphone FOC which I find quite amazing esp since I like bright sound.

ahh.. i wanna try the F1 earphone, it got a lot of positive review

alang alang try cube c30 also lo, even more surprise u'll get from sube c30 compared to the F1. but of course F1 surprised me too. FOC but sounds serious, not just simply trying to throw u an earphone together with the mp3.

Player Criteria
- screen size 7" and above, touchscreen or not touch also ok
- able to support 720p HD and above files
- file format, the more the better, especially mkv, mp4 and avi
- Memory size 8GB or higher, can upgrade thru TF or other type card slot
- Built-in rechargeable battery, if can live >3 hours for movies
- Audio Out
- Can connect to projector thru vga/dvi/hdmi? Optional here but would help a lot!
- good fps, framerate that eye can see, prolly >25fps?

fwiw I am thinking of getting the C700 cos it's supposed to have the clearest and brightest screen. excellent for move viewing.

haha same idea, not touch like the ainol v8000hdy but i don't need the touchscreen
there was a youtube comparing this to the ainol and i saw the C700 has really good screen quality
