Sansa Clip+ or Hippo Gumstick?
Pros n cons for each of them, anyone?

how is Sansa Clip+ SQ compared to hippo gumstick?
cuz sometimes i need to go for sports its better to have one with clip.
but if the SQ a lot difference then better save it.

currently have HIppo gumstick. But sometimes it hang when I off it. Trying to get another player maybe sansa clip+ or Fuze. clip+ and fuze which one better in SQ? any opinion on clip+ or fuze when compared to hippo gumstick?

reliable and long lasting I would like to keep it as long as I can without breaking down.


budget: RM300 plus minus, dun mind if it's cheap as long as it meets the requirement. use to listen to music with IEM.

Added on February 8, 2011, 9:32 ammay I know how is the SQ compared to gumstick? I previously tried sony I found it dull compared to Gumstick, musicality is what the gumstick offers i guess.

it's equipped with BBE used in high end COWON player, yes it's COWON. Longer battery life, much cheaper price than gumstick.

price wise Cube C30 is slightly cheaper than Clip plus 2GB, not forget to mention it comes with cube F1 earphone for free. Gumstick is the most expensive one among the three.

I would say Cube C30 is among the best for buck mp3 if not the best.

Cube C30 is the best budget bang for buck mp3 i know. there might be some other bang for buck music player but most probably there are in a much higher range of price than cube c30. there might be some cheaper bang for bucks mp3 too, but SQ will be most probably left far behind cube C30.

in the process of shipping now. expected to arrive around 10th march.
did order a few more sets if anyone still interested now then can get it with the bulk price, once item reach me which means it's ready stock the price will be higher than the bulk price.

being the ex-user of Hippo Gumstick, the EQ of gumstick only consists of

2. Rock
3. Jazz
4. Classical
5. Pop
6. Bass
7. User

not sure is it the same crap as the preset EQ in Cube C30 or how?
tunertoobe will compare it i guess.
seems to me what Cube c30 has over the edge is the BBE which I myself would eager to test them out as well.

cube c30. also with BBE like Cowon. internal memory 4 GB, can also expand memory up to 32GB with micro sd. only Rm170 if join bulk.

with budget of RM300 doesn't neccessary need to get Rm300 music player right? sometimes a cheaper priced player can does greater job.
