I just bought a Lenovo Ideapad and everything's good but the screen flickering occasionally when watching video on fb, youtube. I have updated display driver to latest version tho

I just bought mu Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 15AMN8 on 9th Jul 2023.
Everything was fine until I was using it in my room to surf the internet.
The Touchpad is giving an annoying and irritating sound when I tab on it.

So last Sunday, 16th July 2023, I brought this IdeaPad back to the authorized dealer which I purchased from, asking whether I can perform warranty claim on this issue. He rejected my request immediately without referring to Lenovo's warranty claim department.

So, can I ask all of your opinion. What should do with this issue? To you guys, is this a legit quality issue?

I don't think this will qualify for warranty claim unless the touchpad is not functioning.

However you can contact Lenovo support malaysia directly to see what they can do for you.

LENOVO LAPTOP IDEAPAD GAMING 3 anyone using?

is a used thinkpad still worth getting or are there better choices?

saw an e580 i5 8250u under 1k.

mainly using it for light accounting work and spreadsheets.

Daughter desperately needs to move on from her refurbished Intel 6th gen-powered HP laptop from high school to run 3D Max, Blender & Adobe suite now that she's in college.

Since I'm also a PhD student, I was able to combine my student discount with the summer discount to get the Legion 5i at a surprisingly good price. So I faidi pulled the trigger and be done with it.

This laptop has to last her 5 years until she graduates and gets her career underway. It also has to cope with her freelance work. I think it will pair well with the XP-Pen Innovator 16 screen tablet that I got for her last year.

I want to add a 2TB SSD in the empty second NVME slot for storage. Any recommendation?

Hi, my laptop miraculously was able to boot up after 5-6 days and then can function as notmal. So I postpone my purchase for now.
