Hi,

I'm interested at either the T495 or the X395. Just want to ask feedback from any users here regarding the battery life. I saw some users saying that they can expect 8-9 hours from the X395 and 6-7 hours from the T495 on moderate usage. (web browsing/some video). Could any other users confirm that? Kinda hard to find reviews online even on Reddit. Haha

X395 9 hours fully charged no issue for web browser, if watching YouTube is around 6.5 hours or more.

Hi, what setting are you using? I mean, is this power saving, or just balanced or something? Haha

Ya, the keyboard really nice.
The material also nice, but really prone to oil smudges.
No complaint really, can easily wipe it off.

I'm struggling to keep it above 8h with spreadsheets.
Maybe I'll keep using it for longer and see if the battery life settles down.

Hi everyone, I have some questions that hopefully can be answered by the thinkpad owners who ordered their unit(s) online directly from lenovo.

1. From where the laptop is being shipped, and how long does it take to ship to Malaysia?

2. How does warranty claim works for the laptop? Do we send the laptop to the nearest service center in Malaysia, or have to be shipped back to where it came from to be serviced/exchanged?

3. When will the NIGHT code be available again? Was so tempted to buy previously, but sadly the code doesn't work anymore now haha.

Thank you in advance for your replies sifus!

Basically 3 - 6 weeks for shipping.
While for NIGHT promo, not idea but you can try on weekdays after 9pm/10pm or perhaps try asking the live chat, not sure whether will they tell or not

asked on live chat for promo code, sometimes they will give better code. I purchased mine before only later then knew they provide better discount code on live chat. Straight ask on chat to cancel the current order and I made new purchase order with the better discount code

From order and get on hand is depending which model are you looking for.
Current model such as T495, X395 both take more than 4 weeks to delivery.

Warranty or issue you might do a live chat and log in the case before they visit you on-site.
So far just top up Rm299 for premier / on-site warranty is worth for money. Otherwise just remain on 1 year carry-in.

Currently they has huge Merdeka offer just wait it gone lah.
Since they have night offer you miss out the chance.
Or try to apply Citibank card then this month last 3 day of September still can enjoy the 45% off.
Otherwise just wait after next week check again πŸ€”πŸ€”

Because the 250nits Color Gamut just 45% only.
If you get 300nits will be base on 72% of sRGB color
