Ordered a s740 14 last night with a bit of 'top up' to 1 tb ssd Seems no much review found for this laptop

Nice laptop, U get which specs?
Intel G1 or G5 or G7
G1 and G7 can Select for MX250 GPU
Again upgrade to 16gb ram

I get G1 +MX250 GUP, if select G7 in Lenovo Malaysia will upgrade to windows pro automatically
Don't know why forced to upgrade to windows pro instead of 16gb
Ask customer representative said Intel Core i7-1065G7 with windows pro is fix configuration
All bukan assemble in China and ship out meh lol
and no 16gb option in Malaysia
Would want to wait for 16gb if got time, but I need a laptop when I am out of country

Wonder if yoga s740 can use this type c charger or not? Or can recommend one for me

Aiyoh post your specs good than enough.
So funny few days back, got 16gb ram available.

I placed an ordered from SG before , end up , no use for many laptop and do cancellation before ship out date.

Same here, im also interested with the S740 but the only 8gb ram option is a downer. Other spec look good so far, 400nit display, tb 3 support and 62wh battery is a great value to me

The spec you posted is not available in Malaysia

Now I am looking forward for my laptop and freebies AR headset
It stated shipped within 3 weeks, hopefully can ship before Christmas
Will do a quick review once get my laptop

Now even phone got 8gb ram but laptop doesn't while is soldered
Maybe the manufacturer want to force people to buy new laptop lo or because they think Malaysia market doesn't need 16gb but need windows pro
My plan is use ssd as virtual memory when ram is not enough

FHD screen display is better than UHD since I value battery life more

I asked customer representative and he told me order just release on 5/12/2019 and still shows new working order. I was expected shipped within 3 weeks means that I can received before Christmas. I emphasized that I need it to ship within 3 weeks before I purchase because I will be out of country for few months after Christmas and the customer representative told me no delay will happen but I doubted that now. I am thinking should I cancel the order or not

Actually, I can't imagine this is a desktop workstation, very thin and space-saving. 🤣🤣
The overall very compact, still can upgradable ram, Ssd, wifi card, CPU with GPU as well.
