Ordered a s740 14 last night with a bit of 'top up' to 1 tb ssd

Hi, would like to know is there any delay happen when order from Lenovo Website?
 I asked customer representative and he told me order just release on 5/12/2019 and still shows new working order. I was expected shipped within 3 weeks means that I can received before Christmas. I emphasized that I need it to ship within 3 weeks before I purchase because I will be out of country for few months after Christmas and the customer representative told me no delay will happen but I doubted that now.
