now the land macam done clearing, and piling soon.

foresee should be next year April to June baru start billing. ( start build foundation ).

Having the same opinion.. Only concern is the tenor of leasehold. Once it is completed, the remaining tenor only left 90 years

Bukit puchong pricey sikit lo. Haha

Bukit puchong too near to light industrial n commercial.

Like opposite aeon big there will be another commercial hub.

Osk got mix development near george kent.

Ayer hitam new project is shop lot.

Not bad if you got budget. Environment is very subjective. I prefer peace n quiet area.

Btw I am staying at puchong utama near aeon big there. Lots of kereta liao. Expect here soon might be turn into makmur liao. Ahah

Ya.. I also find bukit Puchong too near to factories.
Every day so many heavy industrial vehicle in n out probably will gv not so pleasant experience too.

Btw, they say there will be a proposed link road to Puchong hartamas, but this is after condo completion, do u guys think this will happen? I have my doubt but if really true then it is a good bonus..

The sale agent approach me and want to sell me the unit.. So update me regularly.. They said 10% to 15% price increase. Only Tower A still got available unit now...

Good to hear that. Tower B lower density compare to Tower A n C.

7 units per floor. But my unit is Tower A la. Haha.

I would like to know what are the difference too.
Looking at the layout plan seem like A2 3rd room window is facing open area, A1 is facing void. So far that is the only difference I saw la..
Maybe others have info.

Was told by the agent developer will provide shuttle bus to pavilion 2, bukit jalil. Again this is marketing, will have to wait and see

Those owner who has signed SPA, which type you guys bought, type A - 1040 or type B - 1355? Think to buy type A, but the bedroom 2 seem small & can fit single bed only...

I bought Type A more suitable for my budget. So depends on own budget, if got extra can go for the bigger unit.
Agree the room2 a bit small but guess it is still ok for me.
But the living area quite wide so should look luxury with furniture

First year management is under malton , just a added value. 2nd year then subject to community liao = owner
