First year Yes. Developer staff cant lie. 2nd year have to subject our Maintenance fees collection n malton service charge. I guess nia.

Just make payment for the booking fee of Tower A. Hope the value & all the good things (e. g. environment factor, quality of workmanship) of this property remain.. . 😁

Hi, may I know How much the booing fee ? Is this care unit or come with kitchen cabinet those ?

Mutiara Hilltop only come with bare unit and the booking fee only required RM1000

Hi guys, for your loan application, you are submitting thru sales agent or the mortgage consultant contact you directly. I got weird update/information from my sales agent that the loan application must be submitted to their selected Bank Branch and this will only can enjoy free loan legal fee. To me, it is very unusual thing as it still under same Bank.

You should ask ur banker why malton didnt free spa legal? Not ask malton. Since they provide panel liao.

From what I know according to my banker friends, there are branch assigned to handle the developer project, so meaning all loan application will handle by them. This way developer able to know their buyer loan status more accurately too.

Hi all sifu, wanna ask some newbie questions, after accepting the letter offer from bank usually have to wait how long to sign SPA? And what are the fees I’ve to pay when signing SPA?

The staff/agent should follow up with u. Or u can inform them,
For Mutiara, no fees needed to pay unless ur loan margin is low.

Loan disbursements 1k ( may differ subject to loan amount )

My loan approved 2.89% with MRTA, first home buyer. My agent told me there’s a Stamp duty for loan 0.5% of SPA need to pay upon signing, but will pay me back after developer claimed HOC

Signed my SPA.. but got to know developer has obtained approval to complete in 48 months instead of 36 which I was told. Lets hope everything will go smoothly n completion on time
