Hi everyone, just got my loan approve n will be signing SPA very soon.. excited about the future n hopefully it will be a good neighborhood..

For me I like the forest hill environment.
Secondly low density highrise r hard to come by now a days (maybe I didn't research enough n not aware of there r others)
Thirdly developer r well known n offer price quite reasonable.
For location wise although is not near to KL but having some greenery n low density can make up for it I think

Ya.. I also find bukit Puchong too near to factories.
Every day so many heavy industrial vehicle in n out probably will gv not so pleasant experience too.

Btw, they say there will be a proposed link road to Puchong hartamas, but this is after condo completion, do u guys think this will happen? I have my doubt but if really true then it is a good bonus..

I would like to know what are the difference too.
Looking at the layout plan seem like A2 3rd room window is facing open area, A1 is facing void. So far that is the only difference I saw la..
Maybe others have info.

I bought Type A more suitable for my budget. So depends on own budget, if got extra can go for the bigger unit.
Agree the room2 a bit small but guess it is still ok for me.
But the living area quite wide so should look luxury with furniture

From what I know according to my banker friends, there are branch assigned to handle the developer project, so meaning all loan application will handle by them. This way developer able to know their buyer loan status more accurately too.

Signed my SPA.. but got to know developer has obtained approval to complete in 48 months instead of 36 which I was told. Lets hope everything will go smoothly n completion on time

TQVM.. they arrange their panel lawyer at Puchong IOI boulevard, just opposite the showroom.
Sometime better to get info directly from developer but no connection susah..

The forest front tat u r referring, I tot it is a slope and quite steep right? Will be quite challenging to develop I think.. or the piece of land u refer not same as wat in thought 😅

To entitle HOC is upon signing SPA or need the SPA to be completed too?
Example: buyer sign SPA 31st Dec 2021. Developer only sign SPA 31st Jan2022. So how about this case, still entitle HOC?

Talk to the lawyer, they say it is sign within the period, so will entitle HOC. Now just wait for the progress..

There are many choice being offered in the market now especially with the campaign closing. Some r no doubt nearer to City, next to highways, etc... But they also have pros n cons, eg, over crowded, noisy especially next to highway.
So for this project it is slightly deeper inside but how many Hilltop living available in that area, surrounding is low dense residential property, don't think will have another high rise building near by.

Congrats on your purchase.. m also block A. the hilltop look amazing from Sierra16, I think it is the highest point in Puchong, I could be wrong though.
Regarding the steep slope have to trust developer to do proper reinforcement then everything should be fine..
