Low dense but leasehold, location wise not advisable
However, the price is reasonable.
Can have better choices if you have higher budget with great location in puchong

Puchong is a land consisted of freehold and leasehold.
Why choose leasehold where you can buy freehold at the same price haha
Freehold definitely has higher value when you sell in the future

With residential title, low density, if you have slightly more budget, can go for Sky Condo in Puchong Jaya. Good View, Good location. Price starts from 650k onward. 1173sqft 3 rooms.
Other than that, if you can accept without balcony, Hillcrest Heights also residential title, low density and with title of Gold award in Green Building Index. Location better than Mutiara. Price starts from 580k. 1011sqft 2 rooms.
Upcoming there is a project opposite Hanming. 480k with fully furnished if im not mistaken.

nice peaceful environment.
layout is comfortable.
nice view but west side might be able to see the piece of chinese cemetery located i think aroun 800m from site ?
although quite far but this project is located at hilltop , so should be able to see from the building and facility decks.
but i dont think will effect much on the view.
the east side and block A is facing reserve forest, not hot afternoon sun too . can consider unit facing this two direction.
not really accessible, still need come out from saujana puchong or batu 14. Agent said there is a planning for a road to direct access to puchong hartamas but i doubt it.

recommend for those who likes quite and calm enviroment.
