I am also using the N9, and I dont see why I must replace my perfect looking screen with a screen with a hole in it and also no headphone jack. Seems like a downgrade. N10 camera only might be better

Hopefully when they dint get well respond from pre-order, then they will throw more freegift to boost the sales..

samsung has all the tech to make a blockbuster phone, yet they just choose to just make an iterative upgrade to note 9 and even takes away some features while adding some "features" that nobody asked for (ie no jack, no power button, some weird air gestures spen wtf?)

what happen to smooth 90/120hz display? notchless? telescopic camera? better camera ai etc etc? they are just keeping an eye on apple while forgot to see the Chinese firms overtaking them on the left side.

they deserve to flop hard on this edition.

This time Samsung could be in trouble.
The N10 is a stripped-down model . The N10+ is too big and expensive at RM4199 .
The N10+ 5G is even more expensive and not even ready yet.

Samsung will need to find an antidote or remedy somewhere and fast too. For its own salvation.

Well it was both ok at best and disappointing at worst. This migt just convince me to get the N9 for my mom instead (she's still using the N3)

get the note 9, its a great phone. price will probably drop to near or below 2k after note 10 launch.

- camera
- powershare (not using it daily)
- charging (25W/45W)
- screen size (N10+)
- proc
- ram
- FP
- price

bundle gift - so so only compared to Gear Sports for N9 bundle

need to wait for N11 next year....

I don't mind paying premium. But the high tendency this N10 series losing a lot of value in few months is really turn off...

Even the pre-order free gifts don't really justify for the premium price!

Actually in the Note line is the 9th anniversary.
Maybe that is why they did not make a big hoohaa for this phone.
It feels like they make the phone and just done with it.
Just like the S9 launch.

Maybe for the first time ever, I am skipping the preorder and maybe will also skip the 10 until the next iteration.
The preorder for the Note10+ is seriously worst.
No Galaxy Buds, give a stupid powerbank which I think most Note users do not need and the free storage upgrade.
For me, that 512GB will never be fully utilised even after 1 year.
Heck even my 128GB still uses around 30GB only.

what pisses people off is that samsung has all the necessary tech - they supplied op7's 90hz display, they had the A series without notch, they bought over huawei telescopic camera supplier last year etc etc.

If your wife did not utilise the S Pen, I think it is better to opt for the S10+.
Much better in specs and it also have everything in a phone.

What a lazy update from Samsung.

No 90hz, base 10 is gimped for an almost $1000 phone.

They keep removing features and bumping the price lol.

I already mention this long before the launching event.

Samsung is forcing Note fans to upgrade to Note 10 plus. Note 10 is not an option for the Note fans, it is for the new comers.

Note 10 is the same price with Note 9 (RM3699 RRP). But with smaller battery, lower screen resolution, no headphone jack, no SD card slot. especially the screen resolution. Note is the top dog, the most premium Samsung phone in the line. And you give us FHD and called it is doned? Is this a joke?

Usually I would trade in my previous gen Samsung flagship for the new gen Note. Note 5-> S8+ -> Note8 -> Note9. But this year I am gonna skip this. Already bought Oneplus 7 pro and I love it so much. Meanwhile Note 9 is the last perfect Note. I will keep it for secondary phone and appreciate its greatness.

Minor bumps and but S9 does not remove feature but the Note did.

A bit of off topic, but this is relevant to the 90hz screen.

Even Pixel 4 is going to use 90hz screen!

Then confirmed Samsung will be using 90hz screen in next year flagships! More and more companies are jumping into it. There's no reason why Samsung can't follow the trend since they have the ability to make one. At least for Note 11!

i'm already using an s10+, the only reason i thought of getting the note10+ is the P.O gifts, i was expecting a watch for the + version but it turns out to be disappointing.

free upgrade to 512gb? i can't even fully utilize my 128gb s10+

powerbank? i can't remember the last time i used one of those

for those budget around 3k and waited until today to look at what the note10 has to offer, u can kiss goodbye to the note and go for s10+ instead, i would say the s10+ is a wayyyy better phone for its price today.

i m using s10 plus ,the main reason to switch is the battery n i kinda miss s pen after switching to s10 plus from note 9 ,but honestly the po gift is a bit meh

Expected for most flagship these days. The Iphone XI will be a disappointment too. The only phone worth mentioning this year would be the Oneplus 7Pro. But then again the price.....

Can u define your good battery life in your standard?

4100mah s10+ vs 4300mah note10+ with spen and larger display. Oh ya, maybe the newer 7nm chip in n10+ can make a noticeable difference with the extra 200mah.

Ya, for me Note 10 is a downgrade and 10+ is overkill for me as I don't intend to use it long-term. It's also expensive at 4199 and free gifts are not that attractive. By the time the price drops I'll have my eyes on the next iPhone, so I'll skip this round.
