Am 50/50, but just decided to give it a try. Just succesfully pre-ordered my Note 10+ 256 Aura Glow.

Hopefully I won't regret jumping from my Iphone X to this guy.

Yeap, would want to try the real Note powerhouse experience, hence went with the + variant. And it is still cheaper than my IPX.

Worst come to worst, just trade it in for S11 next year.....but my gut tells me that I won't regret buying this phone.

Damn! Last year when I traded in my Note 8 during the road show, the value was RM1900, which is very good. But this year Note 9 (128GB) trade in value is RM 1350. WTF? 

LOL. Always buying new phone? My last new phone is my current phone - Note4.

Hello guys im one of the LYN that join this roadshow and would like to share some of my findings / thoughts for your future reference so that you guys  can roughly plan ahead for future roadshow.
1) GROUP UP
-It is sooo much better to go in as group.. plan your suitable regroup time and que together so that your waiting time feels much less boring and less fatigue.
so plan ahead and go in groups (best TIME to regroup is on next point).

2) PREPARATION
Plan ahead for this 10-12 hours waiting time during this roadshow so please make sure you bring a few items such as :
-Powerbank
-Earphone (to listen song or watch video later on)
-Sweater / Jacket (Aircond is on inside nearby centre court during que so it might gets chill abit so bring sweater)
-Water Bottle (worry not u can always buy at nearby 24/7 Mynews.com)
-Snacks (same as above)
-LYN banner (this one we forget to plan ahead but it would be cool to print out some poster or small banner LYN GALAXY NOTE 10/10+ group or something)

3) TIME
Based on my personal observations to went and waiting from 10PM is abit OVERKILL so hereby i breakdown to you hour by hour breakdown during this NOTE 10 Roadshow (this is however might differ compare to S version roadshow since its more famous than NOTE version).

10PM to 3AM
we basically cannot que from this time onwards because they (booth setup guys) are still trying to setup the booth so we might get in their way. Best is to come later once they ALMOST finish setup to que nearby que starting point area.

3AM-4AM
Basically this time the event area is 75% done and the que area already finished so u can form the first unofficial lines to reserved the place.
Always remember who is infront of you and try keep head count from here until you can que inside the official que lines.

4AM-5AM
once the que lines getting longer and roughly 30+ ppls are queing the security guard will come and going to throw everyone outside to que from outside the mall untill 7AM but fear not once the official que area setup is finished the event coordinator will ask everyone to go inside the que starting area. From here onwards you can relief and your spot in lines are 99% secured lol.

5-8AM
More n more ppl showing up and the que lines are starting to fill up. heres the numbers breakdown based on my observation.

first 10 ppl @ 3AM
10-30 ppl @ 4-5AM
30-50 ppl @ 6-7AM
50-100 ppl @ 8AM onwards

basically if u plan to get into top 200 ppl u may come at 6-7am onwards to secure ur spot.. no need to come at 10PM like us did.
8AM-10AM
Samsung ppl are starting to come and more ppl are starting to que up. from here on its basically the last worst 2 hour of waiting.. fatigue and lack of sleep starting to kick in and barely to stay up anymore lol but once they ask everyone to form line at 9.15 AM u can feel the excitement kicks in already.

Media and others are also to come somewhat during this hour to take pic of the que lines so if you are not interested to get into the spotlight never go for 1st in line.

10AM Roadshow starts
Golden ticket will distribute around 15minutes before roadshow begin (roughly 9.45am). They will ask you what model you're getting and how many units. They will guide you to go which counter to go first and so on.
4) PAYMENT
Any sorts of debit cards or credit card are accepted here. even BIGPAY.. i didnt know they accept bigpay up until the payment terminal so next time if you want to grab those few points please transfer your money into BIGPAY ahead of time as BIGPAY limit is up to RM10k transaction.

a) You can split payment into 2 if your debit card limit is RM5k also no problem.. use another card to pay up as the payment can be split as long as u pay the FULL amount on that spot.

b) You can mix payment with cash and card as well.. heck even you can pay CASH + CC installment up to 24mnths for this rebate offer (didnt know about this before) i previously thought you must pay in FULL AMOUNT one off time.

c) BIG PAY card as above mentioned are really comes in handy with few extra points.

d) Full CC installments are also available (not sure about this) up to 12/24 months repayment @ TMT counter

e) You can choose to pay CC installments up to 36 Months at Harvey Norman counter as well (didnt know we can choose TMT or HN) to purchase during this roadshow with the rebate.. i thought only can buy at TMT lol.
5) FREEBIES
once u got your device dont forget to PICKUP your freebies (i've read someone at facebook forgot to pickup freebies once they got phone he just straight go back home maybe tired..lol and come back later next day to pickup the freebies).

try to grab every free gifts we get RM20 starbucks card (per phone) and the roadshow free stuffs such as watch , fit etc also given PER PHONE.
6)PARKING
if u plan to come at roadshow @ Mid valley ;  GATE A is the best option for you.. drive until up to Centre Court basement escalator the roadshow is just above it.
or just park anywhere at Gate A then adjust it later also can just try to get as close as you can.

I've parked from 11PM to 11AM it cost me around RM12 total so not bad for overnight parking.
TLDR :
-if you only plan to come and grab the rebate unit.. 6AM is the best time for you to come as the line are not that long u might still get into first 50 ppl.
-plan ahead which type of payment u want to use..next time i might go for cc installment as they all are 0% interest rate
-they release few ppl only to purchase so it might take some time to get your turn.. i rather come early and be ahead of line instead of come later and waste time waiting to purchase. 12PM only 40ish person able to purchase this maybe due to only 3 payment counter are open and quite slow.
-try to relax and enjoy yourself more the group is really help otherwise i might not even come for this roadshow. it was fun and good experience for this kind of roadshow event.
-make sure bring few cash to purchase food / water nearby heck u can even order food panda while waiting in que!
-GATE A for parking
-Payment can split into two no problem and can mix with cash / cc or cash / debit
