my T495 Laptop just come.

T495. Screen is ok, good for working. but not great for home use.

wonder they come out T595 or not.

Guy, for X395 memory is onbard so no way for future expansion. But how about the hard drive?

Ssd storage can do upgrade by yourself , put in 2TB should not issue.
16gb onboard very good can do many engineering software now.
No laggy or drain battery like Intel.
Screen make sure add on into 300nits, this is nice colours.

Are u remain on 250nits is it?

Current T590 pricing like AMD, I think no point to adding new model line. Unless they have 3k IPS display for T590.

I also feel screen is too small. That's why itchy to get T590 or E595/590 for bigger screen. but i found a work around for my T495. Currently the screen is scaled at 150% under display settings. you can try scale it to 125% and see if it gives you more space area.

But if you don’t feel like stretching over 3k, 256GB SSD is a good deal too since you can upgrade the SSD yourself later by yourself. Price differences are RM160.

Touch screen at RM100 is also a redundant features as most ppl won’t be using it most of the time. So it’s your choice whether the RM100 is worth as a backup in future just in case you will be using it.

Same with my previous X1 Carbon 14inch, 14 inch is nice for home , but not great for work.

I7 is problematic, don’t select it.

Since this i7 also 4C8T, nothing particularly groundbreaking even if you upgrade it.
