If you are buying for own stay, this should not affect you. If this is an investment, you can rent or sell any time for 900 and 1100sf, more flexible for u to adjust according to market condition. As for the 550sf, 5 years is not that long to wait and you will make some money out of it. The only question is how much.

Does that mean there will be another block with around 1100+ units and around another 710 units of 550sf type?

Previous lesson is the place is not wong enough, so they try to make more people staying there by building more residence and affordable home. So after that when they wanna sell office and commercial building they can use ("this area full of residence d"). Is my guessing right? @@

The status is still not approve. If approve will either be Lulus or Lulus Bersyarat and not Batal if I'm not mistaken.

Yes D'Quince have commercial shops at the ground floor. Not really sure about D'Vervain, probably no judging from the scale model.

Don’t forget about the timeframe. The entire development is taking 8-10 years to complete, depending on market condition. Not like they are building all 550sf at 1 go?

D quince only have 5 shops facing main road, D vervain and D Cosmos don’t have any.

Just did a check from http://www.epbt.gov.my/osc/index.cfm, seems like they just submitted a new application for D'Quince on Nov 22nd, D'Vervain and D'Cosmos on the 25th
