I don't think it's wise for me to disclose the position I applied for, but if it's tips that you're looking for I think being yourself plus answering the questions honestly and in an in-depth manner helps a long way.

Good luck if you want to apply! biggrin.gif

What i hear from my friend, it is depends on your line manager and counterpart. If they are Ok, then you will be ok, if they are very micromanage, then you life will not be very easy.

Generally, it is a good company, but expect very less in bonus and increment. Salary adjustment also average.

It just mean that you need to ask for higher salary adjustment when you join in. Based from what i have heard, their salary range is quite big.

Yeah it is still depends on your current salary as well. But in term of culture, I heard it is good but can be varies on team. Turnout over are still high even though the KL team is expanding.

You need to request a very high salary that can sustain your life at least for 3-5 years. It is still depends on your luck and negotiation skills.

Increment is depends on your boss. Can be around 3-5%. It is standard I can say.

Bonus it is max to 1.5 months but depends on your performance as well. Top performer can get between 1.3 and 1.5 but others average 1 month. It is normal for IT i guess.

Turnover is something that any company cannot control because it is up to individual preferences and choices.

True, Orsted KL is now expanding for engineering and procurement team.

Currently one level of Orsted office still under renovations , I would say still hybrid mode until end of the year. But some department already 100% WFO.

Depends on your leader and team. Management would love to see more staffs in office to increase collaborations and social physicals interactions.

The respond can be quite slow due to high number of applications, I would suggest you actively contact HR Talent Acquisition Partner. Normally you can get the contact person in the career page.

They already put their email and phone number for you to contact. Either Jason/Haslinda/Shawn.

But if there is no contact person, you always can email the general mailbox :

Talent Acquisition Operations MY
talentacquisitionMY@orsted.com

I hope this helps. Good Luck
