QUOTE(viole @ May 11 2022, 01:34 PM) Is it a good company for non IT role? What i hear from my friend, it is depends on your line manager and counterpart. If they are Ok, then you will be ok, if they are very micromanage, then you life will not be very easy. Generally, it is a good company, but expect very less in bonus and increment. Salary adjustment also average.

QUOTE(viole @ May 11 2022, 03:36 PM) It just mean that you need to ask for higher salary adjustment when you join in. Based from what i have heard, their salary range is quite big. Yeah it is still depends on your current salary as well. But in term of culture, I heard it is good but can be varies on team. Turnout over are still high even though the KL team is expanding.

QUOTE(MSZ @ Jun 21 2022, 03:39 PM) Bro when was your 1st IV? Mind to share which position you applied? My case same like u. I already accepted other offer but would love to know if i have luck with orsted No problem bro. You always can accept another offer, and when Orsted give you an offer a month later, you can ask for higher salary and negotiate. It is not your problem that company come back at later stage because sometimes they have 1st candidate, 2nd candidate, and they offered 1st candidate position, and turn out 1st candidate rejected it and that why you as 2nd or 3rd candidate will be selected and offered.
