The respond can be quite slow due to high number of applications, I would suggest you actively contact HR Talent Acquisition Partner. Normally you can get the contact person in the career page.

They already put their email and phone number for you to contact. Either Jason/Haslinda/Shawn.

But if there is no contact person, you always can email the general mailbox :

Talent Acquisition Operations MY
talentacquisitionMY@orsted.com

I hope this helps. Good Luck

I heard only 3 recruiter handling more than 100 vacancies? Good luck if true

Interviewers also need taking break at asking questions

Waa…gud to see dis thread alive again…

Just 2 share my exp iv with them.during salary nego.they hardly cn offer a big jump 2 my current salary.asked fr 16k.hardly 30% my salary tht time.mybe it depends,if ur pay is avg then they cn give gud jump.gud thing they follow salary structure n not lowball.

Heard not evryone cn go to denmark oso nowadays.n workload oso cn be heavy.I dont see they actively hiring dis year compared 2 last year.last year massive opening they put but dis year dont yet see as much as last year.whAt TA said they r looking 2 double their headcount dis year

I do have a friend who worked there..he said bonus is not that high which tallies with what you guys have been saying here - about 1 to 1.5 months. However the benefits are good and working hours are quite flexible. Salary wise I also don't think they can offer very good unless you are already underpaid but like deckhand said they don't lowball and they give you according to the market rate.

My friend told me that they are expanding this year...hiring a lot of IT staffs. Probably cutting headcounts overseas and hire Malaysia here cause we are cheap labors  tongue.gif

since you said flexible hours, may i know if they enforce the work in office thingy?

most tech companies they do enforce 3days WIO 2days WFH arrangement, while some is more flexible as in satisfying x number of WIO days and you can arrange when you like to go office as you like

so how is Orsted going?

and how is the range Orsted paying for mid senior (something between junior and senior) ?

For Eng, I can’t comment since I’m from IT. Maybe different pay range.

For IT payscale I can said it is top 30 maybe. Salary wise for Senior is starting 12k and cap at 16k. Hardly to reach 18k unless you’re super talented or senior architect.

If you need higher, jump to management , became Cc leader/Head. Salary wise around <23k.

senior from 12k is abit underpaid IMO

although not sure what senior are expected to perform

I am not senior level but already receiving 11k in other company

Wow, oil and gas bonus are quite good. Petronas and Shell average 3-6 months. Orsted bonus is capped to 1.5 months. It is mentioned in offer letter as well previously. I’m not sure either the new hired nowdays  received samw info on this.

Normally you will get 1 months or 1.2 months because it is really depends on your performance.

the bonus is performance bonus or contractual bonus?
