We are under Shared Service ( IT and Finance) , so that’s the pay range. So it someone earn more than 16k, it is very unlikely you will get offer or selected. Even you get offered, it’s not much from what you earn. Having said that, for mid level, it’s good jump.Bonus is also lower than I expected...maybe Petronas pays too well? Or it's just rumors as well? My colleague from Petronas Digital, around 8-9 years exp. He earn 6.8k. And joined Orsted he received 12k. So big jump for him. But for others, the average pay range for 8-10, some are earn more than 8k. Last time petronas digital not so much bonus but better for most average IT companies. Between 2-4 months. Depends on performance. Nowadays, i think petronas bonus are align between Digital(IT) and others function. Can’t say I’m sure about this, but that’s the direction. So yeah if add up bonus + monthly wage, annual is quite ok as well. |
