But today i did not make any call

Suggest you make a phone call to digi to cancel some unknown sms spam or etc.

PJng Pls go and do live chat with customer service. Digi no longer gives details on our usage. For me, digi keeps charging me extra. They even charged me when I did not make any calls. Something is seriously wrong with their system. I now take screenshot of my balance whenever I make calls/sms for monitoring purpose and to claim back wrongful deduction

So now you are using digi 58? Try go to the digi center ask for retention plan. They might offer you digi 28 SAC. Special 0lan for customer retention.

Topping up on RP doesn't grant any free credits.

Sunday promo only works on the 2nd, & 3rd topping up of min. RM10 consecutively (on the SAME day). Any method on the 2nd, or 3rd topping up will do, iinm.

FYI the Sunday promo is multiple of Rm10 topup. But Digi gave me RM2 credit for talk time. It was useless for me, my plan has unlimited talk time.

Use the RM2 credit for super deal instead.
RM4.49 of Kenny Rogers will become RM2.49, for gold member, after the free credit.
I think many people use the free credits for Digi super deal .

Did you received the sms Sunday reload promo after top up rm50? You need subsequnce top up in order to earn rm2/rm3 after received the promo sms. Last Sunday I didn't received sms on the sunday promo (I tried 2 digi # also same) and CS told me the promo ended end of jul. However some of the Digi user here still manage to receive the Sunday top up promo.

1a) Yes, it’s free. Prepaid Live comes with free 10GB for streaming music and video, and it’s split to 2.5GB one week.

1b) 2.5GB/week is ONLY for music and video (e.g. OneFM and YouTube). If you stream more than 2.5GB/week, normal data will be consumed.

I topped up RM50 just now, and received the same SMS like yours. So, I guess Sunday promo only works with reloading RM10 on the 1st reload.

Previuoly as long as you reloaded Rm10 or above, you will receive the Sunday promo sms.

The previous week when I reloaded RM10, I received SMS written like "top up RM10 or more for free RM2 talk time". But, this Sunday I topped up RM50, I only received SMS written as "reload RM5 more this week and get free IDD usage".
Maybe it needs to top up RM10 on the 1st reload, and wait for the SMS promo.
Or maybe the Sunday promo has ended .

Last month i did top up 1st RM30 and received the Sunday promo sms.
Last weekend already tried 2 times Rm10, no sms.

ckimsem Did you try to top up another $10? If so, which coutry's IDD is free? Curious if the IDD usage is only for Nepal, Indonesia and/or Vietnam. If its for Singapore, I'm willing to top up $5

Having said that its really confusing, my sms says to reload $5 more and get free IDD usage. Immediately after that, another sms says you have been granted with free IDD minutes, to dial *888*1# to redeem your free IDD minutes.

So far, I have not topped up after the initial topping of $50. But when dial the $888*1#, already can get free idd without reloading $5 more.
