BK very late this month, maybe they have "dispute" with Digi....

Update: my third rm10 reload last Sunday at 2.30pm, I still get free credit.

But free credit from Sunday reload promo, can't buy add on anymore, luckily still can buy voucher. I buy pizza hut voucher...

Well, no issue here in Penang.

Digi always says their network is being upgraded. Nothing new there.

Always assume cellular network problems are localised. It's very rare to have a nationwide problem.

I didn't get last Sunday reload promo, complained to Digi and CS called me said promo ended end of last month. So the CS bullshitting me ranting.gif

I also had the same problem, fb pm digi. They confirmed the problem and will resolve within two hour. Strangely after i pm them then the issue fixed. Ur 1 ok oledi or not

Hi, I’ve got problem to switch from Digi prepaid to unifi postpaid. It’s been three times already mu request been rejected. Digi claimed I never replied the confirmation SMS, which I did reply.

After first attempt on Tuesday, I replied once. Then Digi rejected saying no sms replied.

Then Unifi requested for the 2nd time, only to get similar response.

This afternoon Unifi requested for the third time, I already replied the SMS, and now waiting for Digi’s response.

Anybody experience this before?

I’m currently on Digi Prepaid Live MNP

Digi not so generous now free RM2 for talk time only. That’s what I received 2 Sunday ago.

Yes, I did ported 1 digi to unifi with the same prob digi didn't received sms last month. 2nd time only ok.

normal. they always use delaying tactics. i never succeeded in the first attempt.

next time, right after replying to sms, reach out to digi's cs to confirm they have received it.

In Digi app-->Buy Add-Ons-->Booster-->Unlimited Call to All Network (RM10).
Did you guys have the option to purchase this unlimited call? Why I did not have this option in my digi app?

Try to consult with Digi Helpline, but no response.

Help me guys as I want to pair it with bigbonus35

Currently I subscribe the bigbonus28 which come with unlimited call.
Is it due to I sub to bigbonus28, the option for unlimited call did not appear?

I also check with my friend (whom did not sub to any bigbonus plan), also did not have the unlimited call option.
