QUOTE(abcn1n @ Aug 12 2019, 04:39 PM) kit2 $8 as in Singapore dollars? May have to go to Singapore every month or 2 months. Not sure yet. 1) For new activation, do they require one to provide name, ic/passport etc? 2) So if I were to get a simcard this time round, what about if 2 months later, I try to get the simcard--can it still be new activation or cannot? they don't use anything other sing dollars there. 1. passport 2. new sim = new number = new activation

QUOTE(abcn1n @ Aug 12 2019, 04:19 PM) RDoe Redmi note 5 pro and note 6 pro. So I just go to the sim card and choose mobile networks to choose starhub or singtel? Have never used a Mi-phone, but I guess it's similar for Android phones, go to Mobile Networks and scan. Meanwhile, maybe you'd like to contact Digi CSO to let them check if your line is good for roaming, that all terms have been met, just to be sure. I've so far been roaming in Singapore without using data, and not had any issue. Good luck!

Guys, quick question. Say if I wanted to test the speed and coverage of Digi within an area using a prepaid card before committing to a serious postpaid plan, what prepaid Internet packages are advisable to get? Since some of them are branded unlimited but it seems like the speed is capped.

Hi guys.
Is there any add-on available to extend the validity of Digi's prepaid line? I.e. RM30 for 180 days.
Thanks.

Usually there will be 30 days of cooling period and others TnC, understand the TnC for the telco before you switch.

Is digi having connection issue with the internet? Cant access map based apps like rainalarm or flightradar24 or even visiting this forum all showing err connection issue to server. Signal is showing 4g+ full bar. No issues with insta, youtube, facebook youtube video loads superfast. Am able to make phone calls as well. No outstanding bills.
My only workaround is to switch to wifi and everything is accessible.
