For me right now:
BoS: biGBonus 35 is 7GB + 1GB free every day 1-7pm Add-on list in MyDigi app: biGBonus 35 is 8GB + 2GB free every day 1-7pm So BoS is not as attractive as normal add-on listing. Why bother with this BoS offer... |

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 9 2019, 10:08 PM) Initially, I took this as well. I saw this 5gb and signed up for this already. I asked CS, there is no Internet rollover for 5gb plan. Regretted for it. This post has been edited by grassysam: Aug 10 2019, 11:09 AM |

RM28 Bos 4GB, unlimited calls, internet can rollover in your app Add-On. The other promo RM28 with 5GB no internet roll over. I think you can change from 5GB to 4GB RM28 Bos. (Previously this Bos only comes with2GB only upgraded a few days ago) Have you check your app. Mine has both. I’m planning to get the RM28 4GB with internet rollover when my present RM28, 5GB expires.I asked CS, there is no Internet rollover for 5gb plan. Regretted for it. fruitie 1) If I disable both domestic and roaming voicemail when I am overseas, I can still receive and make calls while I am overseas right, so long as I buy the roaming pass. 2) Since mine is digi best prepaid, I still have to buy the roaming pass right?

Roaming pass is for data. 2) If you want to use data. |

The last round when I went to Singapore, my phone could not be used at all to receive/make calls or sms. Line completely went dead. That's why I thought this round, will need to buy roaming pass. Sigh! Really problematic.2) If you want to use data. BTW, have you ever used prepaid digi sim while overseas? I'm trying to disable the roaming and domestic voicemail to avoid charges. But then there's confusion. Digi CS says *128# 1 My account 9 Account setting 3 Voicemail 99 More 5 Deactive voicemail/visual voicemail While 1 of the forummer here last year mentioned as : *128# 1 My account 9 Account setting 3 Voicemail 99 More 8 Other setup 6 VMS roaming off Now am so confused as don't know which is the correct one. Check with CS whether your line has international roaming enabled in the first place.QUOTE(abcn1n @ Aug 10 2019, 10:29 PM) BTW, have you ever used prepaid digi sim while overseas? The second one is a "hidden" roaming voicemail they don't usually mention.Digi CS says *128# 1 My account 9 Account setting 3 Voicemail 99 More 5 Deactive voicemail/visual voicemail While 1 of the forummer here last year mentioned as : *128# 1 My account 9 Account setting 3 Voicemail 99 More 8 Other setup 6 VMS roaming off Now am so confused as don't know which is the correct one. |

From your experience above, your roaming is not turned on. BTW, have you ever used prepaid digi sim while overseas? I'm trying to disable the roaming and domestic voicemail to avoid charges. Check your MyDigi app > Settings > My Subscriptions > International Roaming, see if the toggle is turned on. |

That's why I thought this round, will need to buy roaming pass. Sigh! Really problematic. it seems your sim is unable register itself onto any of the networks in singapore. BTW, have you ever used prepaid digi sim while overseas? I'm trying to disable the roaming and domestic voicemail to avoid charges. But then there's confusion.
