Digi has changed the categories of internet add-ons.
Used to be divided between "Auto-renew" and "One-time", now it's between "Monthly Active" and "On Demand". |

QUOTE(Candy12 @ Jun 23 2020, 07:32 PM) DiGi has NEVER bother to take serious interests in their Prepaid department and offer little value to their prepaid segment. IMO, any telcos would prefer prepaid business rather than postpaid. Good for their cash flow. For post-paid, telcos prefers you to sign a contract to lock you down. They're only interested to sell Prepaid packs assuming that their users will treat their numbers as disposables for short term use and uses them as a sales forward to converting them to Postpaid users once they get comfortable with using their prepaid lines. I have few colleagues who fell prey to their Prepaid to Postpaid conversion program tactic offers after being with them for more than 5 years as Prepaid account users. They'll call you up frequently to persuade you to take up their Postpaid deals telling you that you don't need to change your existing SIM, conversion is seamless after 1 month you'll start receiving the bill since they already have all your address info and NRIC details previously. Some of them felt they were not receiving a good deal enough with the Postpaid plans and change back to their Prepaid only to be reset back as new Prepaid users without receiving the UNLIMITED 3Mbps BOS anymore. The special deal goes by the age of the plan that was offered. If you're on the very old BEST v1,2,3 plans or Smart plan, you'll most likely receive it, then there's the newer Live Plan and this NEXT plan. I am surprised to hear that telemarketer called your colleagues asking them to switch to prepaid plan. I have never received such call from Digi and I have been with Digi for > 8 years. I have both postpaid and prepaid line. I am true-yellow fan. |

I was excited to subscribe, i even topup rm40 to test the BOS unlimited. Then boom sms comes said rm35 telah ditolak utk langganan bigbonus.
I forgot i previously subbed to bigbonus. I feel so stupid. I should've unsub it first via mydigi Is the FUP really 80gb? I already have rm1 daily unlimited and my usage is around 100gb per month. And that includes hotspot to all my devices Ps: i can't send more than 3 post in 12 hrs |

QUOTE(tympg @ Jun 24 2020, 08:20 AM) Yes it’s there. Thanks for info. I’m still staying with the RM28 plan with unlimited calls +data.....don’t think I will change. No major complaints. With the MCO every evening from 7pm it’s slow but still can watch YouTube.... |

With the MCO every evening from 7pm it’s slow but still can watch YouTube.... I also have no intention of getting into any "unlimited" plan. If I'm offered a biGBonus lower than RM28 I might just grab it. Already accumulated 40GB in unused rolled over data. |

My mobile broadband (Monthly 105, with TP-Link device) has been having connectivity issues since yesterday morning - the 3G/4G symbol disappears and I lose internet connection several times a day.
Anyone else having this issue ? I’ve already done a hard reset on the device. Wondering if it’s a network issue. |
