Hello all,
I’m a Digi postpaid customer and bought the 20GB for RM 2 promo via the app (part of the 2020 SALEbration promo).

Problem is, I don’t know how to activate or use the purchase - can anyone help please ?

Is it possible to sign up for a plan now and have the phone delivered to home as well (for existing customers) ?

Some backstory:
My father has a Digi postpaid plan and I'm looking to get him a decent phone (Iphone or Samsung) with a Digi plan.
He's currently on the Infinite 100.

My mobile broadband (Monthly 105, with TP-Link device) has been having connectivity issues since yesterday morning - the 3G/4G symbol disappears and I lose internet connection several times a day.

Anyone else having this issue ?

I’ve already done a hard reset on the device. Wondering if it’s a network issue.
