Can pay outstanding amount, you can't pay any amount as you wish.

No need OTP for Online-SSL method (online verification with expiry date and CVV, the old method before 3Dsecure-OTP but still valid today) or Direct Debit (The merchant use your credit card details to debit your credit card, can be done automatically in second after you give credit card details).
If Online-SSL, Yes Online CB for QM/VS
If Direct Debit, NO CB.

You won't know the transaction is Online-SSL or Direct Debit till you see the CB at your monthly statement. At your own risk.

Why not?
Fraud will happen again, you can't avoid it. Continue using the card, file dispute if something is wrong, that's it.

PB cards: xxxx-xxxx-AAAA-A10x, replacement AAAA-A11x, ...
Other card issuers - mostly xxxx-xxxx-..AA-AAAx, replacement new running number, old card number and new card number are independent.

Assume all your card limit are same at RM28000 and all outstanding balance for each card (including principal and supplementary) >= RM0.00.

You still can use RM8000.
The total outstanding amounts of all your CCs is RM20000.

I still got CB 2 weeks ago. Yours <RM30?

Haha I was guessing you might not know how to get 6% cashback.

6% CB on 3 categories only - Groceries, Online spending (excluding Government MCC, Insurance, E-wallet) and Dining.

You need to ask Mama Kim why they don't use Dining MCC.

But the card is good for Dining and Groceries especially on weekdays and PPL when travelling.

Most likely no more Card SST next anniversary due to GST 2.0
Also, expect similar announcements from other card issuers as well. BNM just announced the revised Payment Card Reform Framework 2 weeks ago, new interchange fee effective 1/1/2023 (late by 2 years).

Foreign transactions still can give you 2% CB. Alternative to Bigpay etc.

Agak-agak..

QM: Around +2.25% then -2% (cashback)
Bigpay / debit cards : Around +1% (not considering the rewards to top up Bigpay) but mostly no reward/rebate

Or RM30+RM20.
