Yes, provided your SST is charged not within the same statement or you had paid for your SST earlier.

The difference between the app and the portal is that you can see unposted transaction.

No need if you have registered for Month 1.
The one time registration is meant for the whole campaign period.

SMS registration for contest/campaign is usually charged to you as you reply/send the SMS.

Retail transaction is anything legal and not under exclusion that is not bank-related transactions (fees, taxes and credit card products).
