Find the merchant that offers ZIIP.
Normally only merchant who has the bank card terminal can offer and process for installment plan.

ZIIP merchants is more extensive than those sent out in emails.
As long as the merchant holds a PB terminal, ZIIP plan is possible; example SenQ/Sen Heng, Harvey Norman etc.

I think Harvey Norman has no handling fee.
I heard SenQ/Sen Heng got handling fee.

I'm not a fan of ZIIP.
Last time, PB Quantum cards got 0% FlexiPay which is more handy than ZIIP.

Shopee Malaysia should have ZIIP.
Last time bought a phone from there using ZIIP.

MCC for SarawakPay could have changed to government which falls under exclusion.
Changes happened at SarawakPay acquiring bank not PB Quantum benefits.

As per October sharing, it was still entitled:

Yes, eligible.

OTP is just for assurance.

GrabPay also no trigger for OTP for saved card method.

Generally yes to all with the exclusion of TnG e-wallet which may fall into direct debit.
Only for PB Visa Signature and Quantum Mastercard.

How much are you expecting?

As long as card is not slotted into the chip reader entry: Wave-first-then-PIN

I'll ask them nicely to try first Wave first.
No problem so far as long as the machine supports Wave/Contactless.
So merchant even surprised after the transaction went through.

But some merchant such as petrol station will insist for PIN only at the cashier.
