Last time, I think I did go to nearest branch because my PBe account is opened and registered using credit card.
There's no PAC function for me.
Even if you want to enable PAC function to your registered mobile number, I think you need to do at the branch also.
I doubt the CS on the call has the permission to do so.
Not sure for the adding new card into PBe whether can be done via CS. If I'm not mistaken, need to do at the branch too if I remembered correctly.
