default is dual cards

however you can specify to apply either one card in the application form.

from 9 Sep announcement and 24 Sep PDS updates, Direct Debit already not eligible, for all PBB cards

jompay can only be used within respective bank's internet banking portal

for pbb, you will initiate PBe internet banking portal, which effectively nullify the cashback from PB Quantum Mastercard, because payment from PBe (refer screenshot earlier) are explicitly excluded.

this blocking is fraud detection, nobody knows the exact period to reset.

it can be set by variety of parameters.
