i recently got my pbb vs. But in my pbe online, i only can view my quantum cards. How do I add my pbb vs in?

Mine just got approved via sms today, after 3times applied..

1x direct pbb and 2x through ringgitplus.

for login using the PBB website and register the card. First of all, i will need to get the login to the website rite ? Can i apply the login online or i must go to their branch ? Cause the website will ask for username and password whenever i try to do something. Don't see away to create account/login online.

For the supplementary card Oyster blender campaign, the SMS registration is to be done by principal card holder or the supp card holder? ..after reading tnc, aku confused :-(

Anyone knows?
