It can be Auto/Direct Debit mode instead of Online/SSL mode, which is beyond your control. So don't use saved card channel to top up TNG wallet if you intend to get online cashback. Use OTP method.

Does that mean if we lose the credit card cash back? i.e. 5% when we spend RM100 online for quantum master & 5% when we RM100 wave for quantum Visa?

If no, can we get both?
