If you ask me, just apply both VS and Quantum. They are all useful cards.

VS requirement now only RM80k pa, that's the min requirement

Yes, 6% and 5%. Quantum will be two cards but Visa is also useful, use it for contactless transactions. Min RM 30 per contactless transaction (except for Petrol, utilities) and get 5% cash back. RM 30 max.

For the event could i summarized it by
1)Spend ASAP for the first day of the week
2)Spend 3x for Rm15,5x for Rm25, 8x for Rm40
3)Spending for Mastecard is still eligible since it is only for VISA

The last time supp cards get CB was statement date dated 7 Dec 2019.

But why make it so complicated. You and your supp CCs can get max combined CB of RM38 per month, no more separate CB for Supp CC.

Better use your QV, still can collect VIP points.

Split Qualified Retail Transactions are disallowed and shall be disqualified.

I remember n years ago, minimum requirement for platinum card was 5k/month. Gold card was 3k/month & classic card 2k/month. Those time, even if you met their requirement, they will probably approve a "lower" card.

Recently a friend of mine, earning 2k/month was offered platinum card with 4k CL. Platinum, 4k, what a joke!
