i called to customer service they say send by normal post so no tracking number anything only can wait, if never receive they will reissue again and wait for another 5 days.

Yes I got CB for GE pay at their website. Mine is not auto renewal as I still have to key in the CC details every time make payment.

As far as I know autodebit and pay through pbe online doesn't entitle cash back. Have anyone get cash back by paying Great Eastern Insurance through their website e-connect under e-Pay using credit card?

I was referring to monthly 5%/RM30 cashback for Quantum Mastercard not CB weekly campaign.
Just to confirm whether do I receive cash back if insurance payment channel is using pay online manually through insurance web portal. Does it consider as online transaction or still under Insurance category which is totally excluded for cashback?

Anyone knows which CC got special rebate for foreign currency still ongoing? besides UOB pay 3x in other currency, 3rd transaction get 30%

Apology for bringing this up again, i called CS yesterday on this partial statement concern on my PBB Visa Quantum, they straight forward said no statement no cashback, i asked for appeal and for report case but there is no report number given.

Therefore i check back here, the only way is write up to PBB.
