Today, I realised that my PBB VS has been charged without TAC by some website at US.
I asked how can such a significant amount been debited without TAC. The customer service claimed that it's registered under recurring payment but there has not been any transaction from that account before. Now, have block the card and file for dispute.

I have only used this card for online transaction at Agoda, Shopee, Lazada, Zcity & WWF recurring donation. So, I suspect that the data breach can come from any one of them.

ya, i tot of SMS again also, cause no confirmation after register online. tot they will send email cause they request for email address.

I tried online too, then thought that it is better to sms so I will have a record too. Sometimes many months later cannot remember if I have registered or not, so can check sms history.

PB CS said my card number have been compromised for unsecured online transactions but I can still use for physical transactions and online with OTP

I am wondering since they said it is compromised why not issue me a new one and just block those without OTP

I did a rm750 ewallet top up on 1 Aug and my statement date is also on the same day. Initially I thought it would appear in coming statement BUT it appeared on my 1 Aug statement as well. So must I make another rm750 to qualify for this month's CB of RM30 or just let it be?
