ONGEDWIN mention SST rebate, not waiver. Cause they can't waive it, only rebate you RM25.

My pay wave function with quantum visa was rejected at multiple merchants for the past 2 days. Anyone faced this problem as well?
*
what was the error shown?

have you tried 1 pin transaction and retry wave again?

how much have you wave-d cumulatively before hitting the error?

I traced back the thread, the person was recommending you to 'wave' the Quantum Visa card at petrol station counter with minimum RM30.00.  That's how he suggested to you on how to get cashback for petrol.

Hi guys, need some help regarding Online Banking for supp cards.

I have online banking and quantum credit cards with PBB.
I applied for supp card for someone (no PBB account, no online banking).

Tried to register online banking for supp card holder - failed.
Tried to call to register - failed.
Go to branch to register - also failed (officer asked to call instead to online banking).

Those of you with supp cards, how do you register online banking for your supp card holder? Or is it not possible?

Note: Supp card separate statement was selected.
*
no details.

1) which link you used? have you tried >> https://www.pbebank.com/forms/form-pbebank-registration.aspx ?

2) not possible

3) branch cannot register pbe account. they only setup your credential, but only the user can open pbe. since you were at the bank, should just open a Basic Savings Account (BSA), min RM20 deposit, branch would setup the BSA to be PBe ready (register mobile number for PBe/PAC), verify fingerprint. after few hours (if not mistaken), register the PBe account.

For Quantum Master/Visa, Flexi-Payment needs to make a call? Need to wait until posted or unposted can request for 0% 12mths flexi-payment?

If my statement date is 27 every month. What time request for flexi-payment is a good time?
*
QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Nov 23 2019, 06:57 PM)
After the transaction appear in pbe then I can call and request right? I think normally take 1-2 days to appear in Pbe? Plan to enjoy this feature before 1 Dec. Put FD also worth it.
*
call. tell them to convert immediately.

immediately converted after CS initiate.

some even have tried converting right after charging the card.

Then on 28th(one day after statement date), I can spend, then make a call to CS and ask for flexi-pay right? Then start to pay for installment on next statement? I worry do on 28 then not enough time since 1% charge on 1 Dec.
*
statement 27th
spend 28th, call to convert to flexipay
it's done immediately, no waiting time.

after conversion, 1st installment exactly on conversion date

subsequent installment is +1 day after statement date, which is 28th for you.

Hi, sorry for asking stupid question, but is flexipay similar to installment? These terms are very new to me as i dont have any cc before.  doh.gif
I saw in some post that need to call to convert into flexipay, how does it work?
So if it is same as the installment, then any transaction before 1st December using Quantum Visa can be listed under the 0% flexipay plan?
*
yes installment but per transaction basis.

min RM1.2k per transaction, call CS to convert to 0% 12mth Flexipay (before 1 Dec 2019)

I see. So it is the matter between me and the bank only right? Not between me and the retailer? I still pay like a transaction but just call to CS to convert to flexipay?
*
yes

flexipay is post-purchase conversion to installment.

yep, if you're expecting SST to be charged (anniversary or new), better call first and get CS to "offer" the spend condition (if any). then proceed to spend.

my new QV supp also need RM500 spending within 60 days.

But don't they want sst to be shown on statement, then only discuss the spending condition to proceed the waiver?

of course.

but you should roughly know when it will come, especially activating new card.
