My QV gets invalid pin on 3 wave and pin attempts just now. I confirm that the pin is correct. Is there a possibility that the paywave function is damaged? Managed to paywave with VS.

PBB CS called me today and asked if I performed any transaction in a website - exxen.com on 25th Oct using the Islamic Visa Platinum. Yes, they only called me today after a month, they said after their investigation. I think the fraudster was trying to test my card and charged 10c to it but the transaction was blocked by PBB. Hence, I didn't see it appearing on my transactions list.

So, when I confirmed that I didn't do that transaction, they will send a new card to me... I just had one fraud attempt on my UOB VI last two weeks and this time it is PBB. First time for PBB though. I used this card once in Kickstarter website in Sept and other times only local online shopping platforms. So, not sure if that's case.

this apps is very useful but i don't dare to use my other card here.

i only dare to use PBB and RHB here.
PBB can set to turn off all overseas transaction without OTP.
RHB i lock the card whenever not in use, unlock when wanted to use and lock back after use.

Kudos to PBB for sending out the card so fast, called me at 1pm on Monday and today (Wednesday) received my replacement card in Seremban in the morning.

Nice. I bet someone must've asked PB why they are not getting cashback for other ewallets except Shoppee. "it's unfair. I will report to Bank Negara for violating your own T&C".
